
That time of the year has come, warm weather means showing more skin and for a lot of us this means trying to hide our cellulite. The first thing you want to do is
exercise. You want to do moves that target your butt and thighs. I recommend doing 40 minutes of
cardio 3 days a week. You should make sure that you are always on an incline. So you can do the elliptical or the treadmill on an incline. Always vary your speed and amount of incline to assure the most in calorie burning. Then 2 days a week you should do about 45 minutes in strength training. Aside from your normal routine you should do exercises to target the areas that have cellulite. Try squats, lounges, leg raises with weights, etc. There is
a lot of information online so do your research to find the moves that work for you and save that personal trainer money for a nice shopping trip.
The other thing you want to do is
camouflage your cellulite with self tanner. This is the best tip to hide your cellulite because cellulite is less
