Everyone wants perfect eyebrow's but we all know it is easier said then done. No matter if you are guilty of over plucking or just have no idea how to properly shape those brows, follow these three easy steps to get the perfect eye brows for your face! 1) Use a white eye pencil to outline your ideal brow shape.
2) Then pluck only the hairs that fall outside the white line. (Some says to tweeze only beneath and between brows while others say don't touch anything above, use your own judgement.)
3) Use a pencil that matches the shade of your brows to fill in any gaps. You can also finish with blending brow powder two shades lighter then set with a gel.
